Faith Church seeks to share God’s love through practical care, compassionate service, and meaningful community partnerships.
Whether you need support or are looking for a way to help, our Community Care ministries connect people with food, companionship, transportation, prayer, and other helpful resources.
How We Serve
Community Meals
Our monthly Community Dinner offers a free meal and friendly fellowship for individuals and families. Everyone is welcome, and reservations are not required.
Care for Homebound Members
Volunteers help homebound members remain connected through visits, phone calls, cards, Communion visits, and occasional meal delivery.
Grief and Pastoral Support
Our pastors and care volunteers provide a compassionate presence for people experiencing illness, grief, caregiving challenges, and major life transitions.
Faith Church does not replace professional medical or mental-health care, but we can listen, pray, and help identify appropriate community resources.
Food Assistance
Faith Church collects nonperishable groceries and household essentials for local families. Assistance is offered in partnership with community food programs.

Community Partnerships
We work alongside local schools, food programs, shelters, and nonprofit organizations to respond to community needs. These partnerships allow us to serve more effectively and connect people with specialized resources.
Transportation Assistance
When volunteers are available, limited transportation may be provided for worship, medical appointments, grocery shopping, and essential errands.
Advance notice is required, and transportation cannot be guaranteed.
